I work on paper with gouache, acrylic, markers, colored pencils and collage. Figures are left in the color of the paper or held by a thin outline. Layers of paint cover parts of the picture, while earlier lines remain visible beneath them. In some works the scene is almost swallowed: the heads turn into patches of color and the pot sinks into the surface. What remains on the paper is the last stage of the cooking.
